Who we are

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• How you found us, such as the advert or link you clicked.
• Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your IP address.

How we use it

We use your details to look at your property, prepare a cash offer and contact you about it by phone, text or email, because you asked us to. To work out an offer we may also look at public records about the property, such as its energy performance certificate and recent sale prices nearby.

We also use your details to keep our records, prevent spam and fraud, and improve our service. We do not sell your details.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with companies that help us run our service (website hosting, our database and email provider) and, if you accept our offer, with the solicitors handling the sale. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

If you don't sell to us, we keep your details for [retention period TBC] after we last spoke, then delete them. If you do sell to us, we keep the records we need for as long as the law requires.
